CNCS has defined a model for training in cybersecurity, aimed at improving processes, people and technologies in national organisations, with a special focus on SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises).

This document, called the Minimum Cybersecurity Capabilities Roadmap, features a set of actions divided into five phases, which were designed for a gradual adaptation, to be implemented in each organisation, either by their own internal means, or even by outsourcing or subcontracting solutions.

In this sense, it is also worth mentioning that this set of activities, within the scope of the National Reference Framework for CyberSecurity, form the shape of a minimum capacity in cybersecurity, thus providing the targeted organisations with the necessary tools so that they can face the threats and dangers of the Digital World.
