The incident notification to the Portuguese National Cybersecurity Centre will be received and processed by CERT.PT, under the terms of the service provided to its served community, for more information please refer to RFC 2350, available here.
The notification of incidents to the National Cybersecurity Centre does not replace the communication to the competent judicial authority or criminal police body when those incidents also constitute a criminal offence whose criminal procedure depends on a complaint or private accusation.
